Q: Hello. I have a vintage Omega Time Computer Watch in the early 70s. This is the one with the old red LED and a piece of this classic. It was non-operational since the late 80s and would love to restore it.
A: Did you reset after you insert the batteries new? Most watches have a reset terminal to make sure it starts correctly. If you do not, I'll try that.
I was planning a trip to Singapore and was wondering where I could go to get vintage electronics. Also, if you know the best electronics plaza for new stuff, I would like to know about that too. Thanks a million in advance!!

Tito Fuentes Jr., a local baseball coach and the son of former major leaguer Tito Fuentes, is holding tryouts for his 13-under and 11-under travel teams.
The tryouts will be held at Silverado Middle School on the following dates and times:
• 13-under: Wednesday, July 28, 5:30 p.m.
• 11-under: Friday, July 30, 5:30 p.m.

Babe Ruth baseball fall league sign-ups July 31
The Napa Babe Ruth 13-15 Age Division will be conducting a 2010 fall baseball program. Teams will be assembled starting in early August and will start practicing on Aug. 16.
Sign-ups will be conducted at Replay Sports, 598 Lincoln Ave., on Saturday, July 31 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Registration is also accepted by mail by downloading from the Document Center at napa.baberuthonline.com .
Games start Sept. 4 and continue through October with two games a week for eight weeks, with all games and practices at Kennedy Park baseball field. Player eligibility is determined by the player’s age on April 30, 2011.
